Ek Aur Bollywood Playlist

Ishq hua
Mr Hot Mr Kool
Mani & Shweta
Ok, granted noone has heard of the movie, but this song is so catchy it will stick to the roof of your ears. Also check out the Retro Mix which will make you want to break out your 1979 Billboard collection.

Babuji
Salaam-e-ishq
Nihira
S-e-I has good songs, but this one stands out simply because I didn't think this classic could be remixed. But Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy work some magic and provide a hypnotic beat and negotiate the turns of this song beautifully to update it.

Ya Rabba
Salaam-e-ishq
Kailash Kher
You have to listen to this song because anything Kailash Kher does these days sounds good.

Dil Kya Kare
Salaam-e-ishq
Adnan Sami
If you need a song to listen to that captures Bollywood romance, drama and emotion, put this on your playlist.

Subah Subah
I See You
Zubeen
This opener on the soundtrack is an airy confection about something as stereotypical and agelessly cute about everything looking and feeling different when you're in love.

Halo Halo
I See You
Sukhwinder Singh & Sunidhi Chauhan
I haven't heard garba-tinged rave done before so this was unique. And it sounded very good.

Imaan Ka Asar
Dor
Sunidhi Chauhan & Shreya Ghoshal
Both these women render, with much grace and poise, a song about sisterhood and complement each other perfectly. Its the distaff version of Sholay's Yeh Dosti, but gossamer-delicate.

Baat Pakki
Shaan & Neeraj Shridhar
Just Married

Sure rap in Bollywood songs can be annoying but Shaan saves this song about a marriage that has just commenced.

Doha
Daler Mehndi
Just Married
Daler features so rarely on soundtracks these days that you have to grab whatever is offered. His clear and ringing voice is a treat to listen to on this introspective song.
