Ranji Super League Roundup - Day 4

It's going to be Mumbai and Baroda in semifinal #1 and Karnataka and Bengal in semifinal #2 as the last day of the Ranji Trophy Super League wrapped up today. Final standings at Cricinfo if you'd like to know how they ended up.

(Chennai) Off spinner Yusuf Pathan capped a fine match by manufacturing a scare for Tamil Nadu as Baroda took 4 wickets for the addition of only 7 runs as TN slipped to 108-8 before scraping through with 2 wickets to spare. Well done TN, the ignomy of relegation has been avoided and you've beaten the best team in Ranji this year.

(Kolkata) A much improved performance by Rajasthan with the bat in the second innings (328) was not enough to stop Bengal from recording an outright win by an innings and 62 runs.

(Rohtak) Delhi outright over Haryana

(Nasik) Nilesh Kulkarni delivered the goods once again for Mumbai with 6-43 as Maharashtra failed to reach 200 again after following on, handing their rivals a win by an innings and 154 runs.

(Hyderabad) Hyderabad outright over Punjab

(Rajkot) After Saurashtra docked on 354 handing Karnataka a 216 run lead, the Karnataka batsmen had a romp in the middle on the final day with Barrington Rowland (picture) registering a century as the match was drawn.

(Kanpur) UP outright win over Andhra
